Shipping Policy

Every Golf America Apparel item is made to order just for you. We print or embroider each piece after you order, so please allow time for production before your order ships. Custom and personalized embroidery may take longer.

Shipping rates

Free US shipping on orders of $100 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout on qualifying US orders. On orders under $100, and on international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking and packages

You will get an email with tracking information when your order ships. Items in one order may be made at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Holiday orders

To get your order by December 25, we recommend ordering by December 11 with standard shipping, or by December 16 with express shipping where it's offered at checkout. These are our recommended order dates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout are not covered, and reshipping costs apply.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is more than 3 business days past its estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the (estimated) delivery date. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
